We have any size tent you need or put them together to make a bigger size.

These prices are for our coverage area.

We will deliver our tents anywhere in Middle Tennessee or Southern Kentucky for additional travel fees.

We can set up your tent on Wednesday or Thursday and pick up on  Monday.  All tent rentals are overnight rentals or multiple day rentals. It is the same price either way. (Normal tent setup is on a weekday.  Normal tent pickup is at our convenience Sunday or Monday..  If you need a tent setup or pickup at specific times it will be $100 additional for 20x20, 20x30, 30x30 size tents.  $150 additional for sizes 30x45 tent and up.)  Our tent setups are generally on grass.  Please let us know if tent will be on concrete or asphalt.  Just call or text 615-957-0436.

 You must put a 25% deposit 30 days before your event on tent orders over $400.    If you cancel within the 30 days of your event you will loose your deposit.

 CLIMATE CONTROLLED TENTS

Air Conditioned Tent:   Usually cost the same amount as the rental price, so just double the tent price. (Ex.  A 30x30 tent is $400.00, to cool this tent would be an additional $400.00.  Your total would be $800.00)

Heated Tent:    We have patio heaters

$75.00 includes 1 tank propane                 $50.00 without propane

 DANCE FLOOR: 

12 x 12 : $200.00                   12 x 24 : $400.00

30 x 20 FRAME TENT FOR $275.00  (no center pole, can go on concrete or asphalt)

You can put this tent against your building.  We do have side walls and patio heaters also.
